🕵️‍♀️ For our CE Change Management team, we are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager to join our team and help us improve the adoption of new technologies and making sure that our colleagues in the 18 countries of Central Europe get the most from our technology. 🎯

👉 You will work with our project managers to develop and execute change plans, assess change impact, and provide feedback. You will also use your creativity and people skills to overcome resistance points and get people excited about new technologies.

🎯 What we expect from you:

2+ years of experience in managing organizational change, technology adoption, and transformation
Understanding and empathy for the user point of view in any change scenario
Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to influence others and share a vision
Proficiency in MS Office tools including PowerPoint
Fluent English language (written and oral)
Work permit in the Czech Republic

🟢 Your future role:

Collaboration with project managers and stakeholders to develop a change plan, evaluating the impact of changes for internal IT projects
Implement organization change management framework and tools in line with industry standards and Deloitte’s internal best practices
Provide feedbacks to the project team, build and maintain networks of change agents, leadership sponsors and technology enthusiasts across Central Europe
Collaborate on creating training materials, communication assets, knowledge records and templates
Develop and monitor success metrics, KPIs and best practices
