What will you be working on with us?

• We develop mathematical models for life insurance companies. We have over 200 and are really good at it
• Our predictive models analyze millions of records of insurance data to understand the portfolio and predict: losses, customer behavior, economic impacts, etc.
• We use Develop insurance pricing models in R, Python or other software
• We assess the profitability of products, improve pricing and address the correct targeting of the offer to policyholders
• We develop PowerBI dashboards that actively use the outputs from our models and interpret them in a business sense for a wider range of people in the insurance company
• We propose business decisions based on the performed analyzes and translate them into practice

What skills and experience should you have?

• University degree in Actuarial Science, Quantitative Finance / Mathematics, Statistical modelling or related
• At least 3 years of professional experience in actuarial areas
• You have a strong mathematical background, analytical thinking and working on innovative solutions
• You want to further grow and you enjoy you career and professional actuarial development
• Strong English – written and verbal

We consider as an advantage:

• Candidates would ideally have exposure to one or more of life or non-life insurance, IFRS 17, risk management, Solvency II, product pricing 
• Programming skills (VBA, C++, R, SQL, Python) as well as exposure to actuarial software (Prophet etc.) will be an asset
• Excellent skills in MS Office, with emphasis on Excel
