This is a leadership role that requires a high degree of independence, a strategic view on the topics of analytics, AI and data, and a strong business acumen.
Your role will be to identify and deliver AI & Data Strategy projects within the CE region and to manage and grow a team of consultants.

What can you look forward to? 🌍

Build and lead the AI & Data Strategy capability and take the offering to market
Advising top clients across industries in the CE region – working closely with C-level stakeholders
Your role will be to understand the client’s business needs, advise on their AI & Data strategy, design operating models, optimise processes and roles and drive the respective transformations
Manage and grow your own team of specialists across Central Europe
Responsible for identifying and delivering new AI & Data Strategy projects – building the project pipeline, budgeting and team utilisation
Work in a dynamic international environment and collaborate with the best and brightest minds in the industry

What we expect from you?🎯

Leadership experience in building and leading teams (20+ people) focused on AI / Machine Learning / Data Science / Analytics in large organisations
Exposure to building AI & Data strategy competence in organisations – strategy and vision, organisational design and roles, process setup, prioritisation, delivery and operations
Up to date with latest AI & Data trends – conceptual overview of technologies and tools (no deep hands-on technical knowledge required)
Proactive and independent approach, responsibility for budget, project delivery and team development
Experience of communicating with C-level members – ability to see the bigger picture and get leadership on board for new strategy
English to an excellent level – you will use it every day
EU passport – you may have business trips within the EU
