Key Responsibilities

• Participation in Due Diligence projects for strategic and financial investors in the Czech Republic and abroad
• Analyze financial and related data to give insights to key decision makers
• Support senior team members in drawing conclusions from the work done and at the meetings with clients
• Work in a project team and develop junior team members
• Participate on market research and similar marketing activities
• Participate on preparation of proposals, sales pitches

• MS Office

Requirements

• University degree
• Minimum of 3 years due diligence, audit or controlling/FP&A experience
• Well developed accounting, business diagnostic, analytical and logical skills
• Proven team leading experience
• Team player
• Excellent command of English and Czech (spoken and written)
• Strong report writing skills including advanced use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong commitment and flexibility in working in a challenging professional environment
• The ability to work with attention to detail
• Interest in working in a regional M&A Transaction Services business
