What will be your future role

• Continuous learning of BDH specific NAV and SharePoint functionalities or other technologies integrated to BDH (e.g. OCR, RPA)
• Ongoing support of internal and external (client) users across Central-European countries
• Continuously develop user knowledge base and share information across various user teams; participate on workshops
• Collect and analyze development requirements
• Collaborate with global support team and regional / local IT teams
• Participate in roll-out of platform to new countries in CE

What you should have

• Basic knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV 2016+
• Technology orientation, ability to quickly learn and use new systems and applications
• Strong communication skills, good command of English both writing and oral
• Team-player attitude
• Self-motivated for continuously develop him/herself
• Basic knowledge of financial accounting processes and / or working experience with accounting service provider firm is an advantage
