Key Responsibilities

• Client debt collection support for Czech and Slovak Republic
• Written and telephone communication with clients in Czech and English regarding outstanding payments
• Maintenance of Cash Collection database
• Support of the Billing & Collection team
• Management support in area of outstanding payments
• Periodical reporting
• Communication and cooperation with management

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Preferably university degree (Economics or Finance)
• Fluent Czech, active knowledge of English
• PC skills (MS Word, MS Excel)
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
