🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience in IT business analysis, specifically within insurance or financial services.
Proven track record in implementing IT solutions, project management and leading teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach.
Technology skills: SQL, UML, DWH
Knowledge of insurance industry processes, products, and regulatory frameworks.
Cloud solution experience is a plus.
Native Czech speaker with fluency in English; German is a plus.
Based in the Czech Republic.
