We are helping retail organizations (B&M, e-commerce) to achieve their strategic goals by providing analytics solutions such as customer experience personalization, customer behaviour insights, pricing optimizations, and so forth, using ML, AI and NLP models. Our vision is to build a retail analytics team that involves both advisory capabilities and analytics delivery services. We are a diverse group of data scientists, data engineers, DevOps specialists and SW developers creating the biggest data analytics hub of Deloitte in the CE Region.

What you will do:

Design and develop solutions to complex retail problems
Develop and implement pricing analytics solutions with the support of product team
Lead your own working stream over the entire project lifecycle (interpretation of business questions, ideation, methodology selection, data cleansing, exploratory analysis, model building, validation)
Actively participate in the ideation and design phase of the pricing analytics solutions
Lead the presentations for clients, translate complex technical solutions into the simple business language
Lead project delivery team and coach junior colleagues

What you will need for this position:

Technical or Math university degree
3 years of professional experience in the analytics-related position
Experience with retail business
Passion for data science and data analytics
Programming skills (Python/R, SQL), some experience with BI, ETL, DevOps, Cloud and natural inclination to learn the new things
Enthusiastic about retail (B&M, e-commerce)
Excited to work with clients, strong communication skills
Fluent in English, Czech is an advantage
