Our work:

• Our work is diverse. We follow the current demand of insurance/reinsurance companies or insurance intermediaries. Typical areas of our projects include for example IT business analysis, collection of business requirements and subsequently architecture design and support for the implementation of new IT systems. This may also include addressing the impact of new regulations on insurance company processes and IT systems or project management.
• We thus often deliver projects together with other Deloitte experts (e.g. IT, Risk or Legal), combining our collective knowledge to tailor a solution to the client’s needs.

How do we imagine you?

• You have relevant experience in delivering IT solutions for insurance companies or other financial institutions
• You have experience in leading a team in the delivery of IT services
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills
• You can find creative solutions and think analytically about complex problems
• You are a team player and can adapt to different situations and work schedules
• You are interested in current IT trends
• You have the broadest possible knowledge of the business processes and products of insurance companies and at least basic knowledge of the legislative framework and regulation of the insurance industry
• Experience in implementing solutions in Cloud environment is an asset
