We are looking for an HR Project Specialist for our Central European (CE) Talent Team based in Bratislava (SK) or Prague (CZ).

Ideal for an experienced HR professional / generalist / consultant interested in HR project management and execution, who is tech-savvy and wants to gain experience at an international level, build a cross-border network, and develop a significant understanding of the regional organization.

What will be your agenda

Subject matter expert and coordinator of assigned talent projects and areas, initially starting with CE on-boarding project;
Assistance in development and implementation of the CE Talent Strategy;
Close cooperation with IT and technology teams, local HR leaders and team members;
Support and project management for implementation and activation of Deloitte Global Talent initiatives at the regional level;
Design and implementation of communication and change management plans.

You should have

HR experience in a HR Generalist/HR Consultant/HR Business Partner role;
Project management experience, ideally in HR;
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and organisation skills;
Analytical thinking;
Focus on detail and results;
Responsiveness and team spirit;
Ability to manage risks;
Ability to navigate a global, matrixed, and often virtual environment for effective outcomes;
Mastery of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
