Our team deals with, confidential information and personal data protection (including GDPR compliance). We are members of regional Deloitte team operating in Central Europe (18 countries) and our primary language is English.

We are looking for experienced (GDPR passionate) Manager – Data Privacy, is that you?

What you will experience:

  • working alongside Deloitte Data Protection Leader,
  • developing new and amending existing data protection and privacy policies, procedures,
  • being the right hand to our business leaders for data privacy area,
  • overseeing the data protection programs and GDPR compliance in Deloitte Central Europe,
  • responsible for compliance with internal and external information protection/security standards from personal/confidential data protection view,
  • taking ownership and being responsible for helping the firm to complete, privacy and confidentiality risk assessments, LIAs, DPIAs, contributing to various internal and external audits to ensure and monitor compliance with data protection regulation,
  • providing advice, assistance and support to the business teams and in-house lawyers with ensuring data privacy and client confidentiality in the areas of third-party suppliers, data processing/sharing arrangements, outsourcing, cloud computing, mobile applications and other new technological and digital initiatives,
  • helping the firm with the implementation of specific projects relating to data protection and privacy, including global cyber security projects, providing advice and assistance where required on data protection and privacy matters, rolling-out training, communications and ongoing support,
  • other duties such as data retention and disposal, data breach management, risks assessments, etc.


You ideally:

  • have hands-on experience with GDPR implementation,
  • are flexible and able to develop business wise solutions,
  • are familiar with terms such as DPO or DPIA,
  • are working in the field of data privacy, compliance and GDPR for about 4 – 5 years,
  • have can-do attitude and business/client-oriented mindset,
  • have advanced English,
  • have a strong communication and organizational skills (especially in project management, multitasking, prioritizing tasks),
  • you are a team player always leading by example,
  • want to explore, learn, grow and be better in what you do.
