In your future role you will be:

• Participating in projects regarding non-financial data reporting and integrated reporting for companies in CZ and SK and the Central European region (in CZ/SK language and English)
• Analyzing activities in the field of ESG and design of strategic activities/flagship programs in the field of responsible business and sustainable development (including CSR and SRI)
• Managing projects for our clients in applied economics
• Working on market strategies and offering
• Conducting research as well as economic and econometric analysis to prepare studies for our clients (including topics such as labor market, investment opportunities, regulatory and economic impact analysis etc.)
• Measuring company's impact on the environment, economy, and society
• Monitoring relevant regulations and preparing solutions for our clients
• Defining and implementing strategies & new business models that address today’s business needs and future growth (including recognizing opportunities for growth & cost reductions through a sustainability lens)

We will be happy if you have:

• Knowledge of the Global Reporting Initiative standard & indicators as well as other sustainability and ESG ratings and standards players
• Knowledge of the current regulations on the subject of sustainable development, including climate and best practices in this field
• Skills in qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Ability to write proposals or reports and deliver presentations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work products
• Good verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
• Strategic thinking and ability to solve complex problems
• Eager to be involved in workshops, processes aimed at creating new solutions in the field of sustainable development, using design thinking methodologies, etc.
• Leadership skills: team-player, initiative, creativity, empathy, drive for results and client orientation
• Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English; other languages such as German or French will be an asset
